The process

How it works.

From first conversation to final files — here's exactly what to expect, at every stage.

Discovery Call

We talk. You tell me about your business idea, what you're trying to build, and where you're at. I tell you what working together actually looks like and which package might be the right fit. No pitch, no pressure — just a 30-minute conversation to see if it makes sense.

Intake Questionnaire

After the call, I send you a detailed intake questionnaire. This is how I get to know your business before I ever open a design file. It covers everything: brand vision, aesthetic preferences, your target customer, your competitors, your goals, and how you like to work. Set aside 45–60 minutes. It's thorough, and that's the point.

Proposal + Contract

Based on the intake, I'll send a proposal confirming scope, timeline, and pricing. Once you approve, the contract and deposit invoice follow. Work begins when the deposit clears.

Kickoff Call

A second call to review your intake answers together, confirm the creative direction, and agree on communication preferences. This is where I ask the questions your intake raised and we lock in the brief.

Creative Work

I get to work. You won't hear from me constantly — I'll reach out when there's something worth sharing or if I hit something I need clarification on. Trust the process.

Round 1 Delivery

I deliver the full package for review, with a walkthrough document explaining the creative decisions. Take your time, gather your feedback into one consolidated list, and send it back. Drip-feeding revisions slows everything down. One complete round is much more efficient.

Revisions

Up to two rounds of revisions are included in every package. Revisions mean refinements — adjustments to what's been built. If you want to change direction entirely, that's a new scope and covered by a change order. I'll always tell you clearly which category a request falls into.

Final Delivery + Offboarding

Approved work gets packaged up and delivered with a brand kit document that tells you exactly what every file is and how to use it. Final invoice is sent — remaining 50% due before files are transferred. After payment, you also receive an offboarding document with everything you need for next steps.

Revisions

How revisions work.

Two rounds of revisions are included in every package. A revision round means one consolidated batch of feedback — not one comment at a time over two weeks. Additional rounds are available at an hourly rate.

Revisions cover adjustments to the direction we agreed on. A change of direction — different style, different concept entirely — would require a change order. If you're not sure which category something falls into, just ask. I'd rather clarify upfront than have an awkward conversation later.

Timelines

How long does it take?

Prologue

2–3 weeks

Brand identity — logo, palette, typography, style guide.

Story

3–4 weeks

Everything in Prologue plus business documents and templates.

Epic

4–5 weeks

The complete package — brand, documents, and full launch strategy.

All timelines run from deposit receipt and depend on how quickly feedback comes back. Fast feedback means faster delivery — every time. Rush availability is case by case; ask on the discovery call.
